Hello everyone! It has been amazing working with you all these last few months. As photographers we work with your schedule. This means our hours are from 10 to 7 at night, and we work Saturdays but take Mondays off.
As such, we don't get to vacation like others do, we are usually working all December and don't get to see our loved ones. So, it is our policy to close during the first half of January and scoot down south where the snow rarely falls and the dolphins play on the beach with us. So, if anyone needs to talk to me, you can call me at the studio as I check my messages daily (after some really fun adventures with my answering machine blowing up - no, not a lot of calls, I mean smoke and bad smells and fun things like that) and I'll get back to you as soon as I can.
Which is the second reason to write this note... Our phones have gone down. It looks like they could get things back in a day or two. So contact me by email at Matthew@storybrookphotography.com until we get it worked out.

My wife and I have a long love of art. I love Film Noir, and the dark moody photography that makes almost hear the heels clicking on the wet pavement as a woman walks to her car after a visit to a, "friend," who gets paid to solve problems. The fear in the eyes of the private eye looking out of his office window at the street below, waiting for the police to arrive.
My five years in Theater shooting plays translates to getting unique images of you and your family. From the dramatic, to the sweet and wonderful, I'll work with you to make the kind of image you want, and will love. My studio is in the old Second Time Around building, and after remodeling, we are ready to start making some memories for you. But I am not limited by the studio, even though it is handy, I will go on location and love to shoot in our parks or the woods. Do you want a set of pictures of you and your family dressed as gangsters? How about spooky pics for Halloween? Sit on Santa's lap?
